The AMOS Organising Committee invites you to submit an abstract for presentation at the AMOS 2021 Annual Conference, to be held online from 8-12 February 2020.
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations must be prepared via the abstract submission portal. Presenting authors should complete and submit the abstract information. All correspondence will be conducted with the presenting author. If there is a change of presenting author, please change the biography, photo in the abstract form and notify the Conference Secretariat of the change.
Abstracts will be reviewed for technical content and selection purposes. All enquiries regarding abstracts should be emailed to the Conference Secretariat .
Abstracts will be published in the conference digital proceedings and accessible to all conference attendees.
A $35 non-refundable submission fee applies to each abstract. This $35 non-refundable submission fee must be paid within 72 hours of the abstract submission deadline or the abstract will not be considered for AMOS 2020 (unless special arrangements have been made). Please submit your abstract and follow the payment instructions.
Payments can be made by Card (VISA/Mastercard) or by EFT (see FAQs). Please include the invoice number and name of presenter as a reference.

Decisions on the type of presentation offered will rest with the programming committee and their decision will be final.
All abstracts must be submitted via the website online by 11:59pm AEST Friday 6 November 2020. Note the Deadline will NOT BE EXTENDED. Please plan your timetable for preparation and submission carefully.

1. Visit the abstract submission site
2. You must CREATE AN ACCOUNT before you can access the submission portal.
3. Follow the instructions and provide the following information: presenter contact details, presenter photo and biography, abstract title, authors and their affiliations, and abstract text. Title and Abstract text must be submitted in sentence case.
4. Save in draft or agree to the terms and conditions to submit the abstract.
5. The abstract submission fee can be paid by credit card when submitting an abstract or EFT (see FAQs).
6. Abstracts can be edited until submissions close on 6 November. Please login and follow the instructions to edit the abstract noting that after clicking "view/edit submission" click on the tabs above to access the various submission stage options to edit (text, title, authors etc).
7. An email confirmation and tax invoice will be sent by email when the abstract once the abstract has been submitted.
